The Plant Nursery is one of the first Village Structures you can unlock. It can be placed in one of 14 designated spots on The Land.
Igrork can be found here most sunny days. He sells Tree Saplings and Seeds.
Unlock Requirements[]
If you harvest any crop Igrork gets the Idea for a "Plant Nursery". The unlock requirement is 6,100 
Prosperity as well as Any Harvest (5).

It might look like the two small fields in the lower left corner of the Building can be used to plant seeds but sadly it doesn't work. (yet?)
