Enter The Land from the Forest between 8am and 8pm on a Sunny, Windy or Snowy day.

You will meet Frer near the forest entrance. He will tell you that Illoe asked him to catch a forest fish, but Frer is afraid to go in the woods.

If you invite him to go together, Frer will appreciate that, but still will tell you that he can do it on his own. In any way, he will run away, unable to overcome his fear now. If you suggest he bring Illoe with him, he'll respond that she's probably busy and that he can do it himself... eventually.

4 Flowers

Enter the Savanna between 6am and 8pm on a Sunny, Windy or Snowy day. Frer mentions how Illoe mom pass away because of protecting him. Eventually he overcomes his tremor and catch fish outside The Land.

6 Flowers

Talk to Frer. Frer finally walks his first step towards The Forest to catch fish. He prepares berries as contribution for the Totem for giving him courage.

8 Flowers

Frer goes to The Forest again, but this time he prepares berries for you. Unfortunately he accidentally steps on the berries, so the forest picnic becomes a ridiculous food fight.
