Cask Idea can be completed after reaching prosperity 230,000 and having delivered 
Hardwood (20), 
Any Wine (1) and 
Any Cheese (1) to Ron.
Rewards[]
Completing the Cask Idea rewards the Player with a 
Cask and its Crafting Instructions.
