Using the pen is fairly simple. Once completed, the player must simply approach the pen and interact with the door. They will then be prompted to select 2 animals which the player wishes to breed. You must first achieve a minimum level of friendship (6 hearts or more) with the animal before they can be selected and an animal cannot be bred if it is designated as the player's mount. Only one pair of animals may breed at any given time (possibly per breeding pen?) After being selected, the two animals will disappear into the breeding pen until they give birth in 3 days.
