Bisons can be ridden after reaching 3 hearts of friendship.

Tamed Bisons can be sheared for Bison Fur using the Blade Shears.

Like all other tameable animals kept in the Animal Sheds, the quality of the fur they produce, time it takes for their fur to regrow after being sheared, and overall speed as a mount can be improved upon by breeding.

Acquisition

Bisons can be found and tamed in the Savanna year-round, and require 3-4 days of attuning with the Flute, or 2-3 days if it's a young bison.

Conditions for Rare animal spawns

• Have tamed at least 4 different variants of the animal
• Have tamed at least 8 animals of that kind, regardless of variants

Conditions for Legendary animal spawns

• Have tamed at least 6 different variants of the animal
• Have tamed at least 12 animals of that kind, regardless of variants
