Avocado Trees are a tree that produce Avocado fruits in Spring and Fall. (It's noted that while Avocado are technically fruit, they are not labeled as such in-game.) It can only be placed in a tillable field and in the center of a 3x3 square that does not cross another tree's 3x3 square. Other objects such as decorative and farming items do not seem to interfere with the tree growth.

After unlocking all other trees at the Plant Nursery, Avocado saplings will be available for exchange at the Plant Nursery for 132

Growth Stages[]
It takes 21 days to grow in any season except Winter and produces Avocado fruits every 6 days in Spring and Fall.
