The Aurochs is an animal that can be tamed, kept as a barn animal and ridden as a mount. They appear in the 
Savanna in year two.

Aurochs can be ridden after reaching 4 hearts of friendship.
Tamed male Aurochs can be sheared for 
Aurochs Fur using the 
Blade Shears.
Tamed female Aurochs can be milked for 
Aurochs Milk using the 
Milker.
Like all other tamable animals kept in the Animal Sheds, the quality of the fur they produce, time it takes for their fur to regrow after being sheared, and overall speed as a mount can be improved upon by breeding.
Acquisition[]
Once Voda sends the Signal, Aurochs can be found and tamed in the Savanna year-round, and requires 4 days of attuning with the 
Flute, or 3 days for young Aurochs.
Conditions for Rare animal spawns[]
- Have tamed at least 4 different variants of the animal
- Have tamed at least 8 animals of that kind, regardless of variants
Conditions for Legendary animal spawns[]
- Have tamed at least 6 different variants of the animal
- Have tamed at least 12 animals of that kind, regardless of variants
