Animal Riding can be unlocked by talking to Okka after reaching the unlock requirements: Tame an animal OR Day 15.
Completion Requirements[]
Animal Riding can be completed after reaching prosperity 10,000 
and having delivered 
Plant Fiber (10) and 
Any Root (3).
Rewards[]
Completing the idea rewards the Player with Ability to mount and ride animals.
